Report
Verification
Report verification is a program that we issued to help
our clients keep track of their Assets. This program includes
all reports and services listed below.
Inventory Report:
A full inventory of your equipment is compiled—complete
with manufacturer model number, serial number, and other
pertinent information for each item—so you can fully
depreciate its value and remove it from your books.
Sanitize Log Reports:
Every hard drive that we performed a secure data removal
wipe will have a report. Each report will have the serial
number and asset tag of the machine that it came out
of.
Destruction Reports:
All items including damaged hard drives that have been
broken down and recycled will be reported. Each product
report will include make, model, serial number, and
date of destruction.
